William A. Klepp, Managing Director – Partner

William (Bill) is responsible for driving growth and new product opportunities as well as developing strategic distribution relationships. He has over 30 years of leadership experience across a broad spectrum of disciplines including insurance, reinsurance, and capital markets. He has spent the last several years as a consultant specializing in the program/fronting space securing financing, insurance paper and reinsurance solutions for MGA programs. Throughout his career, Bill has held leadership positions with major reinsurance brokers including Guy Carpenter, Jardine Sayer and Wells Fargo Re. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Upper Hudson National Insurance Company and the Advisory Boards of various startup MGAs/InsurTechs. Bill graduated from Wagner College with a BA in Accounting and Finance.
