For the past 30 years, Ranger Global’s Chief Investment Officer, Andrew Duffy, has been at the forefront of investing in global listed real estate. Our investment process has been carefully engineered over nearly three decades to incorporate this invaluable experience of managing portfolios across multiple market cycles. Together, our team of highly-seasoned investment professionals possesses an intimate knowledge of the companies and management teams that comprise our investable universe. Ranger Global has achieved long-term alpha generation through fundamentally driven, high­ conviction stock selection across the market capitalization spectrum. This has resulted in concentrated portfolios of higher growth, high-quality real estate companies that are overweight to specialty property types, which benefit from differentiated supply and demand drivers. Our investment strategies include our flagship Global Real Estate strategy and U.S. Real Estate and Specialty/Completion strategies.

Ranger Global is majority-owned by the firm’s employees and Senior Advisor/Board Chair Richard Saltzman, a 40+ year real estate veteran and former global head of real estate for Merrill Lynch, and a past CEO of Colony Capital. Additionally, a significant equity interest in Ranger Global is held by strategic partner, QuadReal Property Group, a Canada-based institutional global real estate investor, operator, and developer, with approximately $70 billion ($CAD) in assets. QuadReal works closely with the entire Ranger Global team, leveraging their size, relationships, global footprint, and respected brand in order to assist Ranger Global in the achievement of our domestic and international expansion goals.
