HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Orion Engineered Carbons (NYSE: OEC), a leading global supplier of specialty and high-performance carbon black, today announced that its board of directors has declared an interim dividend to be paid in the first quarter of 2022 in the aggregate amount of $1.25 million, which is equivalent to approximately $0.02 per Common Share of the company. The interim dividend will be paid on January 12, 2022, to holders of record as of the close of business on January 5, 2022. Lu
